Evergreen's Annual Sausage Festival and Fly In

Evergreen's 23rd Annual Sausage Festival and Fly-In will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 9AM - 4PM. There will be arts & craft vendors, food vendors, Car Show, and a Children's area. Admission to the Festival is FREE! The Middleton Field South Eastern Fly-In will also be during this time. Please bring your family out for a fun-filled day at the festival, Car Show and Fly-in! We will also have the PCA Rodeo Friday Night, October 16th and Saturday Night, October 17th starting at 7:30pm.
